Innovation Departments As a result of the global demand for creativity and innovation, more and more small to medium-sized businesses are having to meet their creative challenges with little in the way of tools or method. As well, many companies find themselves at a level of disproportion when it comes to creativity and production, having to stay on top of current client needs, which leaves little room for preparing for future trends and market demands. To meet this challenge, Kultur Design has created The Innovation Department. This customized research and development faculty is designed and built into the organization itself to bolster its ability to learn, design, and innovate collaboratively.
