Jeffery Graham
Founder
Jeffery Graham is a designer, researcher, and educator who thrives on engaging others in the creative process and watching a breakthrough idea or solution emerge. Prior to Kultur Design, he was involved in many collaborative design initiatives, including the World Economic Forum, and small and large companies seeking higher-order solutions, all the while working with a dynamic group of international designers, entrepreneurs, and thought-leaders.
Jeffery founded Kultur Design out of a passion to leverage tools and methods for collaborative design to create a better, more sustainable, more humane world. He lives in Toronto, Canada with his wife and two children. In his spare time, he enjoys various kinds of play, collecting and reading an eclectic fill of books, and writing.
Danny Pajkovic
Vice President, Design & Engineering
Every designer needs an engineer to transform a mere concept into a well-crafted plan; and the great engineers are also great designers. This is what Danny Pajkovic brings to Kultur Design and its clients.
Danny has been immersed in the critical tension between design and engineering throughout his career, having overseen the development and deployment of complex technological products. He has helped guide clients in managing large growth in short periods of time with overwhelming success.
Danny’s leadership style and project management skill-set have made him a powerful asset within Kultur, ensuring that contracts are met on time and with the highest attention to detail and craft. As the Solutions Designer, Danny is driven to bringing effective, tangible, and sustainable solutions to clients. As Engineer, Danny brings technical skill and practical know-how to clients’ visions and critical design challenges.
Danny holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Ryerson University in Toronto, and brings a unique breadth of knowledge and experience to Kultur. He resides in the Toronto area with his wife and baby, and enjoys being active in various sports such as hockey and soccer.
